ndiswrapper wlan module not waken up after hibernation

Bug Description

After hibernating the PC, wlan isn't available, USB wifi stick must be physically disconnected from the pc and reconnected.

Expected behaviour: wifi is reconnected automatically after hibernation

Observed behaviour: no wlan appears to be present in the system, USB wifi stick must be physically disconnected from the pc and reconnected.
