Notice that it is missing the check box option to "Always use this program for this kind of file".
Even if their are alternative ways to accomplish this, they are not apparent (user-friendly/requiring-less-steps). I see evidence that this issue has been reported before, and fixes issued, but I'm filling this new bug report because the issues is still present.
