Bug Description

After I upgraded from 13.10 to 14.04, the "Close All Windows" in the File menu and Ctrl+Q are not closing all windows. Instead they are only closing the active window. As if I had pressed Ctrl+W.

However, running "nautlius -q" in a terminal, closes all Nautilus windows.

I'm using Ubuntu 15.10 at the moment, and this bug seems to be fixed in this version (It used to happen in 15.04 by the way).

I do not have access to a desktop edition of 14.04 thus I cannot test there. So, I am not sure how to proceed.

Should I change the status of the bug to "Fix released" myself for 15.10? leave it as it is? etc. (Sorry still a launchpad newbie)
