Bug Description
My monitor setup is kind of backwards L-shaped; one tall, vertical monitor and one short horizontal one to the left hand size and lower down. The icons on my desktop needed to be arranged so I selected 'Alphabetize Desktop Icons' from the right click menu; the icons were alphabetized, but were placed seemingly at a vertical position that did not exist on the lower, horizontal monitor on the left. Dragging the icons to the right hand monitor allowed them to be visible. The 'Alphabetize Desktop Icons' should know the geometry of the screens enough to know not to place icons where they cannot be reached. This happens every time I Alphabetize, with or without icon alignment turned on.
