Bug Description
Nautilus creates thumbnails of >100MB videos although max size in settings is 10MB.
Does this maximum size setting only apply to images, or is this the maximum amount of data to be read from a file until a thumbnail can be created (for videos, probably only the first frame is needed)? I would expect it to apply for all file types.
In my case these were .mp4 videos on a SMB share.
