System tray icon disappears when Ubuntu locks the screen

Bug Description

BEHAVIOR
After logging out or letting the screen power off from being idle, unlocking the screen and putting int he password, the Dropbox icon isn't in the app indicator/system tray anymore. System Monitor still shows the program is running in the background.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
That the Dropbox icon would still be there in the top-right app indicator/system tray even after the screen powers off from inactivity or the use locks the screen.

Just tested this, today, on 17.10, and this issue appears to be fixed: locking the screen and unlocking it still shows the AppIndicator icons in the top-right, including Dropbox.
