Automatically turn on overburn feature if data do not fit

Bug Description
Nautilus-cd-burner should allow automatical
(with user confirmation at the best) turn on overburn
feature of cdr/dvdr drive when data / image
do not fit the usual media size but can fit that
with overburn enabled.
If user need to burn oversized data, this feature is only way to do it
in nautilus-cd-burn if user shouldn't be forced to tweak gconf settings
because request for manual overburn otion pin gui was rejected:
