Bug Description
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open a random application window and tile it to one side of the desktop.
2. Resize the tiled window: decrease the size of the window as much as possible--> the window has some minimum size, so the resizing will stop at some point --> but HOLD the mouse over THAT MINIMUM SIZE POINT
3. tile another window to the other side...
4. the last window should only use space left by the first window, but it ACTUALLY USES ALL THE SPACE TO THE POINT YOU DRAGGED THE MOUSE POINTER (when resizing the 1st window), overlapping the first window.
