Confirmed. Steps to reproduce the segfault : launch multitail, type 'a' to open a new window, answer 'c' for command then 'top' when asked for the command to run. Choose any color (I've tested with all colors available), wait 1s, then the segmentation fault occurs.

Seems to be fixed upstream, I cannot reproduce the bug with current feisty version, aka 4.2.0-1

Removing the milestone for Edgy since the milestone has passed and Edgy is no longer supported. Additionally, I tried recreating this bug on Intrepid but was unable to get multitail to print anything an error regarding a terminal type.

Changed in multitail:
milestone: ubuntu-6.10 → none
