Shouldn't run on desktop configurations

Bug Description

Currently the upstart job tries to run mtp on desktop/configurations without mtp support, that's wrong (especially that the server hits an abort on the missing device which spins apport and lead to slow systems)

I'll fix the issue with crashing, and the wrong upstart pre-script test...

However, should we even seed mtp on desktop?

we should probably not sed it, bonus point if somebody removes it from the desktop-next seed ;-)
