Bug Description
1) Description: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
Release: 14.04
2) Package version: 2.4.6-01-1
3) Installed mailman. Using apache2 with mpm-itk. When accessing mailman admin web pages, witch should be executed trough cgi, expected to see the admin pages. For example, accessing http://
4) This message error is showed instead:
Mailman CGI error!!!

Operation not permitted
5) No error messages are logged on apache error logs. On syslog this error message is logged:

6) Workaround: compiled latest version o mpm-itk, 2.4.7-02. After that, replaced /usr/lib/
