Bug Description
Binary package hint: mplayer
I use Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon on my ThinkPad in Korean Language environment. All menus and home subdirectories are Korean thanks to quality localization.
I installed mplayer via Synaptic. But mplayer fails to play video which located in directory with Korean Character in its location. It does play a movie very well when the directory name is only English Character. I think this is somewhat annoying bug because I should place my movies on uncomfortable places to see movies.
I hope developers find the cause of this bug.

you should change "Exec=gmplayer %u" to "Exec=gmplayer %F", this is a quick solution. But I think that It should be fixed by mplayer itself, not by users.
