Wapi folder should be in XDG_CACHE_HOME, not in HOME

Bug Description
If you use one or multiple mono applications, you will have a .wapi folder created in your $HOME.

It should not be the case ! There's no need to clutter the user home directory with stuff only needed at runtime.
As the .wapi folder can be safely deleted, it should instead in the $XDG_CACHE_HOME which is .cache by default.
