package mon (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 1

Binary package hint: mon

Further to this report now any package / program installed fails and then if I uninstall the failed package is sometime will uninstall then re-install may work or may say it failed bu tactually work.

I found out a few minutes ago that auto-update is broken as well.
