Bug Description
The value LAUNCH_AT_STARTUP in the defaults configuration of mldonkey-server leads initd.d script to not start the mldonkey daemon at all.
Message:
mlnet configuration file prevent mlnet to be started (use force-start).
Better behaviour would be to check in which runlevel the script starts (startup) or rename the variable to some name START_MLDONKEY.
