  * Cherry-pick series of build-system patches to disable false-positive
    -Werror on gcc-12 on some architectures
  * debian/rules:
    - Disable -Werror=restrict on libinput_environment on ppc64el
    - Disable -Werror=use-after-free on test_linearising_executor on riscv64
  * Fixes FTBFS on ppc64el and riscv64
