[nexus5] Screen becomes "dimmable" when locked!

Bug Description
Hello!
Wrote this on the list, and they wanted me to create this bug.
The problem is, that after I have locked my device, the screen turns it self on, and stays like this until I force it to go black again. As you will see on the attachement, this is the state my device ends up in after a short time.
And my device is:
