Bug Description

mir_demo_server_* --vt N prevents Ctrl+C (SIGINT) handling.

Normally our demo servers will respond to Ctrl+C and shut down cleanly. However a server started with "--vt N" mysteriously loses the ability to do so.

This bug persists... still annoying.

This is weird. Sending SIGINT works fine via, for example:

    $ sudo kill -s SIGINT <pid>

As does Ctrl-C when running Mir-on-X (regardless of whether "sudo" is used).
