Bug Description
Binary package hint: migration-assistant
Migration-assistant fails to import in-conjunction Encrypted Home.
It does work fine however when installed without Encrypted Home.

We're going to be disabling the encrypted home option in the installer shortly, so I'm moving this to the later milestone for when we re-enable it in the future.
