The first step to understanding this problem would be to see if it occurs with a current version of Midori; 0.4.3 is very old. This looks like a webkit bug, which would best be reported to the webkitgtk+ bug tracker if the same crashes occur when visiting the sites after starting Midori with the command "midori --plain". It's impossible to tell more about what the crash is without having debug information for the webkitgtk+ library installed when Midori crashes.

If Midori 0.4.3 is so old, then why is Trusty still shipping with it? Considering it's in Trusty repos, it should be supported. Installing libwebkitgtk dbg would require me to install ~3GB of content on my small partition which I cannot do. Midori does not recognize --plain as an option.

mmstick@mmstick-PC:~$ midori --plain
Midori - Unknown option --plain
