Child window becomes transparent even if main window has focus

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde4
I have application that has few widows (NetBeans). While I am working in main window child window becomes transparent. It is very annoying because I need it visible (I have javadoc in it, so I do not need to click it, I just need it to be visible).
I am using KDE 4.1, Ubuntu 8.10. I have turned off all translucency, that I could find. I do not need this feature at all. I would remove from my computer at all if I only could.
Is there any fix for it?
