Bug Description

After upgrade to 16.04, the keyboard shortcut (super-up) to launch Banshee works. However, the shortcut to start/stop play (super-down) does not. It just reveals the unity task bar.

If I launch rythmbox, then the super-down key DOES start/stop play, but only for rythmbox.
