when install multiply desktop, the menu is composed of all the program of these desktop

Bug Description
1.My PC install GNOME and Mate desktop environment
2.When we login as the GNOME or MATE desktop, we both find in the menu,both the desktop's program are exist in the Menu, for example ,'Calcaulator" and "Mate Calculator"
suggest:
1.when enter one desktop, just show its own program, or user will be hard find the program are too much .
