Bug Description

It would be nice to have some sort of visual indication when the message we are currently writing is going to be broken down into multiple SMS because it is too long. That would help those of us who are on prepaid plans save some money.

you will never get 160 chars through; the max length is 140 byte and the rumor of 160 has to do with the idea that you can pack 160 7-bit ASCII chars into 140 bytes; but nowadays nobody sends ASCII, all are sending some fency stuff; a good background article about Unicode in SMS is here: https://www.twilio.com/engineering/2012/11/08/adventures-in-unicode-sms
