Hi, thanks for taking the time to file this bug and make Ubuntu better! It seems like something has caused the database that holds your devices metadata to be corrupted. Could you attach the following file for analysis?
/home/phablet/ .cache/ mediascanner- 2.0/mediastore. db
To remedy this, I think if you executed the following commands things might start working:
mv ~/.cache/ mediascanner- 2.0/mediastore. db ~/.cache/ mediascanner- 2.0/mediastore. db.bak
restart mediascanner-2.0
You might need to give the mediascanner service some time to fully populate the library again.
