Bug Description

Media player should integrate with content hub so that:
1. Apps that want to export a video through content hub will be able to send it to media player.
2. When opening media player without a video, media player can present the ContentPeerPicker to let the user choose a video and play it, instead of showing an error message.

The problem here is that mediaplayer-app is not designed to be a library - that is - it doesn't own content and allow users to pick the content they want to play. It's basically a player only and eventually will be depracted for a system wide media "viewer" that can be invoked from anywhere.
