"Tap to shuffle music" breaks app (startup)

I haven't seen playback stop like that, but in some very rare circumstances I have seen the empty playlist entries before. This most likely is not music-app's fault but I'm keeping it listed here as a possible culprit just in case.

These crashes now happend to me multiple times, but today even multiple restart's don't help, the app still crashes.
I've attached by log, I can't tell how to reproduce, listend to music all day long and then unexpectly stopped.

Can't attach log, it's 2,1MB and full of:

Failed to query track for URI: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Method "GetTracksUri" with signature "s" on interface "org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.TrackList" doesn't exist

Failed to get current playback position: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Method "Get" with signature "ss" on interface "org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties" doesn't exist

Failed to get current playback duration: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Method "Get" with signature "ss" on interface "org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties" doesn't exist

When you get into this state and you're seeing the "Failed to query track..." log messages, try to see if you can play a video from the video scope (not via the web browser) at that time. Or another thing to try is previewing a song from the music scope. Do either of those work then?

Neither Music nor Video scope does work.

Also I've seen that in Log now (was also there earlier; it's spammed 100x or so)

afterwards keep spamming withFailed to query track for URI:

Not work = can't preview music and can't play video

I think I found the source of my issue:

When I `cat` the file, I also get an I/O error

    cat: 14. The Other Side.ogg: Input/output error

But when I `find /media/phablet/[sdcard]/Music -type f -execdir sh -c 'cat "{}" >/dev/null'`, all my files have an Input/Output error.

So I think it's more a problem w/ my SD card then w/ Music App or Media Hub.

M SD Card is vfat, so maybe it's a problem with the file system? syslog for a single `cat` says:
