Bug Description
Whenever I connect a disk part of a raid and mdadm fails to asseble the RAID (even degraded) the boot will be halted and falls back to busybox recovery env.
this used to work just fine and the RAID would be marked as inactive after booting the system (10.04/10.10)
now it is somehow assumed that /dev/md0 is essential to the further boot process and booting is halted
