Bug Description

Binary package hint: maximus

I was using UNE in a gnome session and no maximus process running. After the last maximus upgrade, it has being started again and I can find an entry in the /etc/xdg/autostart/ folder.

After upgrades, maximus should not be started in gnome sessions but still be present and running in UNE ones.

The last update in maverick makes this bug happen again:

maximus (0.4.14-1ubuntu2) maverick; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    - bump Standards-Version
  * debian/rules, debian/postinst, debian/preinst:
    - move autostart desktop file to /etc/xdg/autostart as no more needed in
      UNE session

Changed in maximus (Ubuntu):
status: Fix Released → New
