maven is not able to resolve dependencies and is not able to read or transfer artifacts while building android source code (cyanogenmod 13)

I was building cyanogenmod 13 for my Blu Studio G2. First, I ran lunch cm_d5170_blu_gmo-userdebug, this told the source code to build for cm_d5170_blu_gmo-userdebug whenever a command like make or something similar was ran. Then, I ran brunch cm_d5170_blu_gmo-userdebug, this ran the make command on the source code. The command gave this error output when it had to run maven (I was expecting this to download whatever the command wanted):
