Bug Description
This happens, it appears with any application that displays with a transparent background, probably
only with my hardware. I have an ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2060 card, with all 4 display
connectors in use. If you want to reproduce this, slap this card into a system and open the
MATE terminal, Edit the Default Profile, select the "Background" tab, and choose the "Transparent
background" tab. Set the transparency somewhere between min and max. Run your cursor across
the window a few times, and it should start acting up.
I also note this glitching with the gkrellm package, where the Psensor Temperature monitor is running with the transparency, er, the "Background Opacity" set to anything but Max.
I'll wager that this kind of thing only happens with an RTX 20x0 card installed.
