Bug Description
Hi,
The Dock applet for the panel has a so weird context menu.
Just do a right click on an application and the config Dock menu appears.
IMHO it should be only (in a bottom panel) from bottom to upper (more used to less used): Close | Pin | Extra actions (for example web browsers).
How to config then? If you click in an empty area of the Dock you'll have the config menu ;)
