Bug Description
I would like to be able to resize sticky notes to a size smaller than the text within it. It seems this feature is available, but only sporadically. One some notes, a vertical scrollbar is visible on the right hand side of the note allowing the note to be resized down to only a few rows of text. The remaining text is viewable by scrolling down, similar to any text editor. But in most other instances, a note cannot be resized down in a way that hides any of the included text (and no scrollbars are available). In this case, the size of the note grows with the amount of text placed within it. This behavior frequently makes notes unwieldy to use.
I am on Ubuntu Mate 20.04
