[Impact]
WIthout systemd support MAAS wont be able to work in Vivid.
[Test Case]
1. Install MAAS
2. Check that services are running (maas-clusterd, apache2).
3. Access MAAS at http://localhost/MAAS
[Regression Potential]
Minimal. This has been tested in production environments.
