python-lxml: pythonic binding for the libxml2 and libxslt libraries

 lxml is a new Python binding for libxml2 and libxslt, completely
 independent from existing Python bindings. Its aim:

   * Documented.
   * Use Python unicode strings in API.
   * Safe (no segfaults).
