lxc-test-parse-config-file starts failing on Focal with lxc version 1:4.0.12-0ubuntu1~20.04.1 (config key "lxc.selinux.context" do not match)

This issue was found during SRU cycle sru-20220530

In this cycle, the lxc-test-parse-config-file test from ubuntu_lxc on Focal is failing with:

 parse_config_file.c: 63: set_get_compare_clear_save_load: expected value "system_u:system_r:lxc_t:s0:c22" and retrieved value "" for config key "lxc.selinux.context" do not match

 parse_config_file.c: 49: set_get_compare_clear_save_load: failed to set config item "lxc.seccomp.profile" to "/some/seccomp/file"

 parse_config_file.c: 580: main: lxc.seccomp.profile

With lxc version 1:4.0.12-0ubuntu1~20.04.1, and source 1:4.0.12-0ubuntu1~20.04.1 fetched from launchpad.

This issue does not exist with Focal kernel in cycle 2022.05.09, in which the lxc / lxc source version is 1:4.0.6-0ubuntu1~20.04.1

Version 1:4.0.6-0ubuntu1~20.04.1 does not exist anymore, I was unable to cross check with this version on Focal kernel from sru-20220530 / sru-20220620
