sound volume key on keyboard isn't working to mute volume

Bug Description
Problem: volume control doesn't work.
Testcase:
1) Press volume up - it's working
2) Press mute - nothing happens
3) Press volume down - volume goes one step lower and then mute, can't unmute it.
And toggle isn't working.

When i use amixer set Master toggle, then toggle is working, but
volume icon doesn't change.
And this is big problem! Volume control needs contact with volume icon.
Pretty good solution is volumeicon-alsa . But there are some bugs.
