Web browser icon should read "Web browser", not "Internet"

Bug Description
By default, Lubuntu creates a web browser "quick launch" icon for the default web browser. However, this icon has three problems:
1. Its tooltip reads "Internet", which is incorrect. The web browser is only one of several Internet applications Lubuntu offers, some others being Pidgin and Skype, not to mention video games that can be played over the Internet.
2. The tooltip is not translated into any language but English.
