Package Versions:
package clang-3.8: version 1:3.8-2ubuntu3
package clang-3.8-doc: version 1:3.8-2ubuntu3
After installing the clang-3.8 package, there was no manpage.
man clang-3.8 , man clang , man clang++
all lead to error "No manual entry for clang"
The situation doesn't change when installing clang-3.8-doc
