Bug Description
[Impact]
Breaks image build for the subiquity image (ubuntu-server-live livefs project). This impacts infrastructure.
[Test case]
Rebuild ubuntu-server-live; verify that livefs.
[Regression potential]
Watch out for failures to build ubuntu-server and ubuntu-server-live livefs projects. Any other failures to build livefs projects would also be suspect.
--
kernel-generic and initrd-generic are not being built, because there is a special case for ubuntu-server to skip that (as it uses the d-i kernel/initrd). It also applies to some other images which don't need the typical kernel images.
Don't do this for ubuntu-server:live; as it's a live image it needs to boot, and we can't use the d-i images for that (since we don't want to start d-i).
