Bug Description
[SRU Justification]
To remove confusion with the ubuntu-core snappy product, the ubuntu-core root tarballs are being retroactively renamed to ubuntu-base. This requires an SRU of livecd-rootfs to align with the changes in ubuntu-cdimage, so that daily/point release builds of the ubuntu-base tarballs continue to be possible.
[Regression potential]
Minimal; this is a minimal change to livecd-rootfs to recognize the ubuntu-base project name, all other code is left unchanged.
[Test case]
1. Run an ubuntu-base build with -proposed by running 'DIST=[
2. Confirm that the tarball builds successfully and contains a rootfs.
