The deb-src entry for extra-ppas is missing from sources lists

Bug Description
The issue was spotted by mzanetti regarding our rc-proposed stable-
18:01 < mzanetti> dandrader, in /etc/apt/
18:01 < mzanetti> so build-dep will fetch stable vivid deps
In theory we should basically add all sources entries for the PPA, as we do for the main archives.
