I have two different machines, a desktop machine with a Bluetooth dongle and a Macbook pro with built-in Bluetooth.

On both of these machines Bluetooth does not work randomly. There does not seem to be any pattern. On some boots BT works perfectly. On other boots it does not work. The BT indicator does not list any information (you can only switch BT on or off). If you go to BT settings is says "Bluetooth disabled" and the toggle button will not work.
