[Karmic] fnctl: f_modown should call write_lock_irqsave/restore

For this, there won't be a way to verify this as it was a change from upstream we took without seeing any cases of fault. Though the change from using spinlock disabling and re-enabling irqs to saving the current state, disabling them and restoring the previous state can be considered safe(er).

This bug was fixed in the package linux - 2.6.31-21.59
