I just wanna make sure whether this is a regression. Can you wake up in old kernel? And could you please help us to test the latest Karmic 9.10 kernel which should be 2.6.31-13 now. And If it is possible, it would be great to then also test the latest upstream mainline kernel available. This will allow additional upstream developers to examine this issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by wake up? Is that the same thing as resuming from a suspend state? I am using the newest kernel (2.6.31-13) now. This may have something to do with bug #435877. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/435877

Sorry for this mess. Please ignore that wrong message. How do think that this bug is related to bug #435877?

Nevermind. I thought it had something to do with suspending to ram, since you said something about wake up.
