Bug Description

After a few minutes the screen simply switches to black. No possibility to get a console by pressing CTRL-ALT-F1, F2, ...
I removed the boot options "quiet splash" and recorded the boot via video.
(just ask if you need the full video)
I attach a significantly looking screenshot from that video, showing a kernel bug message.
Currently the notebook runs with Ubuntu-20.04 using the Linux-5.11 HWE kernel.
But suspend to memory isn't working.
