issues is with `Ubuntu 5.13.0-37.42~20.04.1-generic 5.13.19` audio is distorted, not sure how to describe it but there is somewhat of an electronic noise with a small delay
tested with `Ubuntu 5.13.0-35.40~20.04.1-generic 5.13.19` and problem does not occur
Seems to be only happening on usb audio, normal audio seems fine
