Bug Description
I have a HP laptop and right now I use Ubuntu 18.04 on it. Earlier in Windows the bluetooth was working fine. But since the windows crashed I am only able to use Ubuntu on it. But it is somehow not detecting any bluetooth adaptor on my laptop.
