Bug Description
Since installing and updating the kernel a couple times (new install was 2 days ago), I logged out after installing, had a windows session and wanted to start Ubuntu again, but ran into a "Kernel Panic Not Syncing: fatal exception in interrupt" with every version other version newer to this one (xx-19, 23, 24).
