Bug Description

The latest Debian package of aufs-tools fails to build on Ubuntu 19.04 because it is looking for a non-RC version of aufs. Currently, Ubuntu's aufs reports as "4.x-rcN-20180917"

As of right now there is no non-rc version of aufs with support for Linux 5.0. We will update it as soon as one is available. However, the regex isn't going to work even when we have a non-rc version since it is looking for a 4.x version, and the version will undoubtedly be 5.0 (looks like it would even be broken for 4.20).
